随着医院管理逐步规范,对医院管理者进行职业化培训显得尤为重要。近年来,国家中医药管理局举办多期中医医院职业化管理高级研修班,对全国三级甲等中医医院院长进行职业化管理高端培训,以提升其职业化管理水平,提高院长岗位胜任力。中国中医科学院研究生院作为高级研修班承办单位,进行了一系列改革与探索。文章结合工作实际,重点论述中医医院院长职业化管理培训的必要性和工作实践。
With the gradual standardization of hospital management, professional training of hospital managers is particularly important. In recent years, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has held a number of advanced seminars on professional management of Chinese medicine hospitals to provide high-end professional training to third-level deputies of Chinese medicine hospitals so as to enhance their professional management and enhance the deans’ force. China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate School as a senior seminar units, conducted a series of reforms and exploration. Combining with the actual work, this article focuses on the necessity and work practice of the professional management training for Dean of Chinese Medicine Hospital.
