目的 探讨丙泊酚对烧伤患者血小板活化反应的影响.方法 重度烧伤患者12例分为B1和B2组,每组6例;另选健康成人志愿者6例作为对照(C)组.抽收外周静脉血,分离血小板并洗涤.B1组加入生理盐水处理,B2组加入20μg/ml内泊酚,测定血小板血栓A_2(TxA_2)和肌醇-1,4,5-三磷酸酯(IP_3)水平,并测定血小板聚集率.结果 与C组相比,B1、B2组患者血小板TXA_2、IP_3水平明显升高,血小板聚集率也显著增高.B2组患者血小板TXA_2和IP_3含量均低于B1组[(182.00±15.12)ng/10~9Plt vs.(243.90±21.52)ng/10~9Plt,(6.75±1.93)pmol/10~9PIt vs.(8.05±2.17)pnlol/10~9Plt],血小板聚集率也明显低于B1组(P<0.05).结论 丙泊酚可以抑制烧伤患者血小板的活化反应.“,”Objective To investigate the effects of propofol on platelet(Plt) activation in burn patients.Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were taken from 12 severely burned patients and 6 healthy adult volunteers(group C) and platelets were separated and washed.Twenlvc severely burned patients were divided into two groups of B1 and B2 with 6 cases each.The Ph in group B1 was incubated with normal saline and in group B2 was incubated with propofol 20 μg/ml.The productions of TXA_2 and IP_3 were detected and Plt aggregation was measured.Results The contents of TXA_2 and IP_3 and the rate of Plt aggregation in groups of B1 and B2 were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The contents of TXA_2 and IP_3 were significantly lower in group B2 than those in group B1 F(182 ±15.12) ng/10~9 Plt vs.(243.90±21.52) ng/10~9Plt,(6.75±1.93) pmol/10±~9 Plt vs.(8.05±2.17) pmol/10±~9 Pht](P<0.05).So did the rate of Plt aggregation(P<0.05).ConclusionPropofol can inhibit Plt activation in severely burned patients.
