随着中小学课程改革的逐步的深入,作为中小学新课程之一的体育与健康课的课程标准,在指导思想、目标体系、学习结构、教学时数及评价方法与原教学大纲有很大不同,显然原有的体育教育理念已不适应新时代的发展变化了,所以应对新的体育教育专业人才的培养模式和理念进行深层次的研究,在设计人才培养模式时,应以教学道德、教学能力与教育科研能力为核心而展开。本文试图在调查与分析的基础上结合教学实际,寻找新的视点,根据新课标对体育人才素质的要求,以现代化教育思想和教育理念为指导,突出实践的可操作性,对高等师范院校体育系学生的能力体系进行重新整合、拓展和建构,并论述了人才培养的对策与思路,以利对新世纪体育人才的培养有所借鉴。
