某输气站场外防腐方案研究

结合站场埋地管道及设备的特点,通过管道防腐方案的比选,确定了本工程站场管道的外防腐方案为3层PE外防腐层,对于不规则管件及设备采用价格较高,防腐性能较好的粘弹体防腐材料。针对现场情况以及区域性阴极保护的实施前提,对新建站场是否实施区域性阴极保护进行了说明。 Combined with the characteristics of the buried pipeline and equipment in the station, through the comparison and selection of the pipeline anticorrosive scheme, the external anticorrosive scheme of the pipeline of the project station yard is determined to be the three-layer PE outer anticorrosive layer, and the irregular tube fittings and the equipment adopt the higher price, Better performance of the viscoelastic material.
