Among the transfusion-transmitted diseases, HBV, HCV and HIV are the major viruses that pose a serious threat to the safety of blood transfusion. The infection rate of HBV in our population is as high as 10.3%, which seriously threatens the blood transfusion safety in our country. The prevalence of HCV infection in our population is 1.0% ~ 3.1%. Due to technical reasons, there is still a certain missed detection rate for blood donors, causing 70% of transfusion-transmitted hepatitis to be caused by HCV. One of the routes of transmission of HIV is also transmitted by the bloodstream. The possibility of HIV infection with HIV in imported blood is estimated to exceed 90%
