视网膜静脉栓塞原因比较复杂,我们从眼球结膜微循环与血液流变学的改变来探讨其发病机制以及治疗上的反应。全部病例均为确诊的住院患者,男12例,女9例,年龄在42~59岁之间,全部患者均患有高血压和动脉硬化,对照组系经检查无病的健康人,男10人,女10人,年龄在40~60岁之间,球结膜微循环的检查,用裂隙灯显微镜30倍观察球结膜微循环变化。每例按规定的指标作出详细记录。血液流变学的测定采用上海第一医学院生物物理教研组研制的XN—3型血粘细胞电泳自动计时仪,并严格按照其规定的操作规程进行。检查结果表明,视网膜静脉栓塞患者眼球结膜微循环较对照组(正常人)各种血管形态明显增多。645—2 5mgTid加低分子右旋醣酐500毫升静脉滴注,每日一次,共15天为一个疗程。治疗一个
