1临床资料患者,男,34岁,以“间断双手搐搦、四肢无力10 a”为主诉入院。10 a前患者出现双手搐搦,呈爪型,无法伸展,四肢无力,给予补充钾离子等治疗后症状好转。之后间断出现四肢无力,均经口服氯化钾注射液20~30 mL/次后症状好转。1个月前因腹泻患者再次出现双手搐搦、四肢无力,血电解质检查显示血清钾1.73 mmol/L,给予补钾治疗,血清钾维持在2.5~2.9 mmol/L。患病以来患者饮食尚可,无恶心、呕吐,无明显多
