随着心导管和心血管造影技术的出现,在心脏疾病的诊断和病理生理方面已经取得很大的进展,使之能更精确地了解冠状动脉、瓣膜和其他各种心脏疾患。至今,心导管虽然仍是许多心脏病的一种可靠的检查方法,但其费用昂贵,并有一定的并发症和死亡率。用非侵入性方法来诊断和评价心脏疾患,比用心导管费用省,痛苦和危险性较少,并能获得无法从常规(包括病史,体检,静息心电图和胸片)和心导管检查得到的资料。
With the advent of cardiac catheterization and angiography techniques, great progress has been made in the diagnosis and pathophysiology of heart disease, making it possible to more accurately understand coronary arteries, valves and other heart disorders. To date, cardiac catheters, although still a reliable test for many heart conditions, are expensive and have some complications and mortality. Noninvasive methods of diagnosing and assessing heart disease are less painful and less dangerous than having a cardiac catheterization and are not accessible to routine (including medical history, physical examination, resting electrocardiogram and chest radiography) and cardiac catheterization data.
