全方面地提高初中生的英语综合素质,仅仅靠每日每月的背单词、讲语法这样的单一化教学方式是很难实现的。提高学习效果,在学习中培养学生的自主学习能力是教师教学中的首要任务。教师与学生之间的合作,学生与学生之间的合作,下放了教师权利,让学生在真正的组织化教学中培养了自主学习能力。
