文章通过对河南省高校民族传统体育专业的就业影响因素进行分析,从而找出目前河南省民族传统体育专业人才培养和就业过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的建议和对策,为民族体育专业人才培养模式及课程设置的调整提供理论参考。
Through analyzing the influencing factors of employment of national traditional sports major in colleges and universities in Henan Province, the article finds out the main problems existing in the process of training and employment of traditional national sports professionals in Henan Province, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the national sports major Talent training mode and curriculum settings to provide a theoretical reference.
