2007年3月16日，十届全国人大五次会议顺利通过《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》，2007年11月28日国务院第197次常务会议审议并通过了《企业所得税实施条例》，要求自2008年1月1日起在全国实施。笔者在学习过程中发现加计扣除费用与减计收入在企业会计核算中容易出现失误。
