雌激素受体有α、β两种亚型。它们是由独立的基因转录翻译表达的核受体蛋白,并与前列腺癌的发生和肿瘤的进展有关。前列腺癌的发病率在逐年上升,对于其发病原因及机制也一直是研究热点。近年来对β亚型的研究逐渐增多,现从雌激素受体α、β亚型(侧重β亚型)的结构、特性和对基因表达的调节以及与前列腺癌的关系等方面进行综述。
Estrogen receptors have α, β two subtypes. They are nuclear receptor proteins that are transcribed translationally by independent genes and are associated with the development of prostate cancer and the progression of tumors. The incidence of prostate cancer is increasing year by year, for its pathogenesis and mechanism has also been a research hot spot. In recent years, the study of the β subtype gradually increased, now estrogen receptor α, β subtype (focusing on β subtype) structure, characteristics and regulation of gene expression and prostate cancer and other aspects are reviewed.
