等速电泳是一种新的离子分离分析技术,该方法已被广泛应用于生物、医学、环境分析和常规化学分析等领域。K~+,NH_4~+的离子分离分析是环保监测研究中—重要课题,但这两种离子由于在溶液中淌度极为相近,因而很难直接用等速电泳方法将两者分离开来,只有甲醇溶液体系(1)中,两者才较容易被电泳分离。但在研究K~+,NH_4~+分离过程中,我们发现某些特殊的化学过程也可以用来改变特定离子的有效淌度,本文将介绍的一种采用等速电泳技术在水溶液
Isotactic electrophoresis is a new ion separation and analysis technique that has been widely used in biology, medicine, environmental analysis and routine chemical analysis. Ion separation of K ~ + and NH_4 ~ + is an important issue in environmental monitoring research. However, the two ions are very close to each other due to the very similar mobility in solution, so it is difficult to separate the two ions directly by means of constant-rate electrophoresis. Only methanol solution system (1), the two were more easily separated by electrophoresis. However, in the study of K ~ +, NH_4 ~ + separation process, we found that some special chemical processes can also be used to change the effective mobility of specific ions, this article will introduce a method using isokinetic electrophoresis in aqueous solution
