塔台监视管理机场的方式,从机场产生以来就得到广泛普及,并沿用至今。近年来,随着航空运输业的迅速发展,传统的监视设施因覆盖面窄、精度低、主观性强等缺陷已不能满足空中交通管制快速发展的需要。尤其是对于飞行训练任务重、航空器多、训练频繁的机场,通过怎么样的手段能更精密、更实时地监视空中航空器,有效地提高交通管制的效率和安全性,已成为飞行训练中必须重视的问题。应运而生的广播式自动相关监视(automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast,ADS-B)技术由于具有使用成本低、精度误差小、监视能力强等明显优势,已经开始逐步应用于高密度飞行区域的空中交通服务。新疆机场(集团)于2013年间,为六个支线机场安装此套系统,尤其在飞行训练频繁的克拉玛依机场,效果甚佳。本文对ADS-B系统进行系统及发展趋势作出阐述,以供同行参考。
