我们都希望养猪业能够在高效顺畅的环境中协调发展,养猪产业链各个环节之间的利益分配能够公平合理,因此,我们有必要了解各产业环节之间如何衔接。在养猪生产的任何两个环节之间,都有一个专门从事沟通的中间组织,他们如同人体的血管一样重要,任何一处毛细血管出现问题,都会造成局部细胞死亡或组织坏死。在养猪场与屠宰场之间的中介就是贩猪经纪人。他们与猪场屠宰场都有着密切的关系,知道很多非正规渠道生猪贩运、销售和屠宰的内幕,因此他们和养猪行业、屠宰行业的高调经营方式不同,尽量躲避媒体的镜头和笔锋。而另一方面,作为当前我国千家万户养猪模式与集中、大型屠宰模式之间的流通环节,他们的作用又是功不可没。
