一、价值工程概述价值工程(Value Engineering,简称VE)起源于美国,它是随着科学技术的发展和客观条件的变化,为了适应企业的发展需要而产生的。 1.价值含义政治经济学中,价值是指凝结在商品中无差别的人类劳动。“价值”工程所说的价值并不是政治经济学中所说的价值的概念.在价值工程中,价值是作为评价产品(或作业)经济效益尺度提出来的,价值高的经济效益就大,价值低的经济效益就小。价值(V_u)的高低可以用商品的功能和所支出费用之比的值来表示:
