针对近年来航行于珠江水域的船舶存在着各种违章或不符合安全航行条件的问题,新成立的广东海事局从3月份开始,按照交通部的统一部署,在全省的管辖水域内开展“水上运输安全管理年”活动。提出了确保今年辖区内不发生特大恶性责任事故,沉船艘数、死亡人数、经济损失、事故宗数四项指标要比去年有明显下降,维护水上交通安全形势稳定的目标。 为确保这一活动的顺利推进,广东海事局领导紧密结合本局实际,专门成立“水上运输安全管理年”活动领导小组。明确活动内容、重点和要求并设立举报电话。广东海事局
