近年来发现转铁蛋白及其受体除运输铁的功能外，还与细胞生长和增殖有关。肿瘤细胞的转铁蛋白受体含量显著高于其相应正常细胞。本文从转铁蛋白和转铁蛋白受体的生物学特性及检测的临床意义几方面进行了综述。
In recent years, it has been found that transferrin and its receptor, besides the function of transporting iron, are also related to cell growth and proliferation. Tumor cell transferrin receptor was significantly higher than its corresponding normal cells. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of transferrin and transferrin receptor and their clinical significance.
