前言目前,具有高频特性的电液伺服阀在高响应、高精度电液伺服系统中的应用日趋广泛,对阀的性能要求在不断提高。现有高频电液伺服阀存在的主要问题是:1.流量小,2.频带不够宽。限制了在某些领域中的推广。现将几个国家生产的电液伺服阀以相同规格(阀芯直径8mm,输出流量201/min左右)阀的频宽进行比较,见表1。由表1可知,各型号阀的频带都偏窄。而在某些领域内需要有较高的频率,例如:
