目的观察扶正活血不同组方对肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标及肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的影响。方法采用CCL4加橄榄油复制肝纤维化大鼠,以扶正活血不同配伍组方(活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方、活血温补脾肾方)灌胃给药,检测肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标及肝组织Hyp含量。结果与模型对照组比较,各扶正活血方对血清指标层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢP)、IV型胶原(IV-C)均有明显作用(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方作用较强;活血健脾益气方、活血滋养肝肾方能明显降低Hyp含量(P<0.05)。结论扶正活血不同组方能改善肝纤维化大鼠相关血清指标,对肝组织Hyp含量也有不同程度的改善作用。
Objective To observe the effects of different prescriptions of Fuzhenghuoxue on the relevant serum indexes and the contents of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in hepatic fibrosis rats. Methods CCL4 and olive oil were used to replicate the hepatic fibrosis rats. The rats of different compatibility groups (activating blood, invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi, promoting blood circulation, nourishing the liver and kidney, invigorating the blood and warming the spleen and kidney) were given to rats with hepatic fibrosis Related serum indexes and liver tissue Hyp content. Results Compared with the model control group, Fuzheng Huoxue Recipe had significant effect on the levels of serum laminin (LN), HA, PⅢP and IV-C P <0.01, P <0.05). The Huoxue Jianpi Yiqi Prescription and Huoxue Jianpi Yiqi Prescription had the stronger effect of nourishing liver and kidney. Huoxue Jianpi Yiqi prescription and Huoxue nourishing liver and kidney could obviously reduce the content of Hyp (P <0.05). Conclusion Different prescriptions of Fuzhenghuoxue can improve the relevant serum indexes of liver fibrosis rats, and also improve Hyp content in liver tissue to some extent.
