项目管理最早起源于20世纪40年代著名的曼哈顿计划,80年代以后迅速发展起来。经过多年的理论和实践,形成了一套完整通用的理论知识体系,主要包括项目范围管理,时间管理,成本管理,质量管理,风险管理,人力资源管理,采购管理,沟通管理,项目整体管理九大知识领域,以及项目启动,项目计划,项目执行,项目控制,项目收尾五大项目过程。本文根据工程实例结合项目管理理论分析相关原因及对策,望能引起水利建设单位和施工单位的广泛关注。
Project management originated in the famous Manhattan Project of the 1940s and developed rapidly after the 1980s. After years of theory and practice, a complete and universal theoretical knowledge system has been formed, which mainly includes project scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, human resource management, procurement management, communication management and overall project management. Large knowledge areas, as well as the project start-up, project planning, project implementation, project control, project closure five major project process. This article analyzes the related reasons and countermeasures based on the project management theory and project examples, and hopes to arouse the widespread concern of water conservancy construction units and construction units.
