目的:探究支气管结核性狭窄采用纤维支气管镜下微波的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2011年3月~2015年4月收治的47例支气管结核狭窄患者,并采用抽签的方式将其分为2组,对照组采用单纯全身抗结核治疗,观察组实施前身抗结核+纤维支气管镜下微波治疗。并对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:23例患者通过治疗后,18例气促患者的症状得到有效改善,由治疗前的(1.73±0.18)分,下降到治疗后的(0.48±1.13)分,(P<0.05);观察组肺复张率87.50%(14/16),明显高于对照组的44.44%(8/18),(P<0.05)。结论:支气管结核性狭窄采用纤维支气管镜下微波的治疗效果显著,可改善患者的气促症状,提高肺复张率,具有较好的安全性,在临床上值得进一步推广与应用。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of bronchiectasis with bronchoscopic microwave treatment. Methods: Forty-seven patients with bronchial tuberculosis and stenosis treated in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random sampling. The control group was treated with systemic antituberculous therapy alone. The observation group was administered anti-TB + Fiber bronchoscopy under microwave treatment. And the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: After the treatment of 23 patients, the symptoms of 18 patients with shortness of breath were effectively improved, from 1.73 ± 0.18 before treatment to 0.48 ± 1.13 after treatment (P <0.05) The lung recovery rate was 87.50% (14/16), significantly higher than that of the control group (44.44%, 8/18) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of bronchofibroscope under microwave treatment for bronchiectasis tuberculosis is significant, which can improve the patients’ symptoms of shortness of breath and improve the rate of pulmonary recanalization. It has good safety and is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
