现代工笔画院是中华人民共和国文化部(文服函【2008】361号)和国家民政部(民函【2008】110号)批准正式成立的国家一级社团,是文化部主管唯一的国家级工笔画院。为配合全国“首届现代工笔画大展”的创作,提高作品质量,立足当代,创作精品,推出新人,由国内工笔画界众多大家、名师联手,在北京举办为期四个月的“精英”创作班。它将以高水准的教学,为参加此次展览的画家提供一个高层次、多视角的探讨现代工笔画的表现语言、技法与规律的创新平台,以期创作出精品佳作。学员创作的作品将有机会入选由中国美术家协会、现代工笔画院共同举办的全国“首届现代工笔画大展”及获奖。
The modern painting academy is a state-level society officially approved by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China (Wenfu letter [2008] No.361) and the Ministry of Civil Affairs (民 函 [2008] No.110). It is the only state- Painting Academy. In order to cooperate with the creation of “The First Modern Painting Exhibition”, improve the quality of works, based on the contemporary and creative works, introduce new talents, and jointly organize many artists and masters in the domestic painting industry to hold a four-month “ Elite ”creative class. It will provide a high-level and multi-perspective platform for artists participating in the exhibition to explore the language, techniques and rules of modern painting with a high standard of teaching so as to create excellent works of art. The works created by the students will have the chance to be selected as the winner of “The First Modern Contemporary Chinese Painting Exhibition” co-sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association and the Modern Fine Arts Academy.
