随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平也不断提高,所以人们对于精神层面和社会保障方面的要求也越来越高。其中,养老保险覆盖率最为广泛,2012年5月7日,中国人力资源和社会保障部、财政部召开全国新农保和城市居民保障制度全覆盖工作动员视频会议,会议宣布从2012年7月1日起在全国范围内启动城乡居民养老保险全覆盖工作,计划年底前完成。养老保险属于企业对员工的福利待遇之一,加强企业养老保险管理工作不仅可以激励员工的工作积极性,还可以安抚员工提高工作质量。同时还能够提高本企业的名誉,在新的招聘能够吸引更多优秀的员工。因此,加强企业养老保险管理工作必不可少。本文就企业养老保险在管理工作中存在的问题进行了系统阐述,并提出一些有效管理措施。

Endowment insurance is one of the benefits to the employees of enterprises. Strengthening enterprise pension insurance management can not only motivate employees’ enthusiasm for work, but also appease employees to improve the quality of work. At the same time, it can also improve the reputation of this business and attract more outstanding employees in the new recruitment. Therefore, strengthening the management of enterprise insurance is essential. This paper systematically elaborates the existing problems in the management of enterprise endowment insurance and puts forward some effective management measures.
