在课堂上,有的学生听课时打起瞌睡来,也有些学生思想不集中,做小动作。遇到这种情况,教师往往叫这些学生站起来听课。由于这个办法有时能收到维持“课堂秩序”的效果,有的教师颇为得意地说:“对这些不守纪律的学生,只有采取‘站’的办法,站一站就听讲了,否则老是不听。”这件事给予我们另一方面的启示,那就是教师是否尽到了责任。学生不听讲,让他站起来听,这样做很简单,教师也可以省许多事。但是,一个严格对待自己工作的教师,难道能以此为满足吗?
