现行的《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》、《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》、《压力容器安全技术监察规程》都对安全阀校验作了规定,特别是自1997年起执行的《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》对安全阀的校验提出了新的要求。如第146条规定:在用锅炉的安全阀每年至少应校验一次,检验的项目为整定压力、回座压力和密封性等。安全阀的校验一般应在锅炉运行状态下进行。如现场校验困难或对安全阀进行修理后,可在安全阀校验台上进行。此时只对安全阀进行整定压力调整和密封性试验。
