工会是职工群众自愿结合起来的群众组织,具有普遍性和代表性。在创建学习型党组织活动中如何发挥工会的作用:一是发挥工会的组织和宣传优势,为深入开展创建学习型党组织活动创造条件;二是发挥工会阵地和经费优势,为深入开展学习型党组织活动提供保证;三是发挥工会职能和活动优势,为深入开展创建活动充实内容。工会具有维护、教育、参与、建设四项职能,而履行好工会的教育职能,全面提高广大职工乃至党员队伍素质,是对职工利益的最好维护;四是健全制度,为创建学习型党组织创造条件。
