国有企业的不断深化改革已是当今社会经济发展的新常态,扩大企业发展规模,促进产业转型升级,提高精细化管理,加强体制保障等是企业深化改革的主要方向,如何做好改革环境下员工队伍建设是企业在发展变革中保持可持续发展的出发点和落脚点。本文针对老电厂在转型升级发展过程中存在的一些情况,探讨分析新形势下做好员工队伍建设的若干问题。结合实际认真贯彻实施人才兴企战略,强化员工队伍建设,提升企业抗风险能力,顺利完成智能化生态电厂的转型升级。
The deepening reform of state-owned enterprises is now a new normal in the social and economic development. Expanding the scale of enterprises, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, enhancing refined management, and strengthening institutional guarantees are the major directions for enterprises to deepen their reforms. Team building is the starting point and the foothold of enterprises in maintaining sustainable development during the development and transformation. In this paper, some problems existed in the process of transformation and upgrading of old power plants, and some problems in analyzing the construction of the contingent of employees under the new situation are discussed. In light of the actual situation, we implemented conscientiously the strategy of developing enterprises with qualified personnel, strengthened the construction of the workforce, improved the anti-risk capability of enterprises, and successfully completed the transformation and upgrading of intelligent ecological power plants.
