为深入进行轧辊破坏机理的研究,对四辊轧机轧辊的应力场及横向压力分布作了计算分析。用三维弹性力学有限单元法,解出了轧制状态下轧辊的空间应力场及应变场,提供了工作辊在弯曲、扭转及接触状态下综合的应力数值。用有限单元法,求出各种状态下工作辊与支承辊的辊间压力分布曲线,以及不同压力分布对辊系应力状态的影响,并用光弹试验做了验证。
In order to further study the mechanism of roll failure, the stress field and lateral pressure distribution of four-roll mill roll roll were calculated and analyzed. With the finite element method of three-dimensional elastic mechanics, the space stress field and strain field of the roll under the rolling condition are solved, and the comprehensive stress values of the work roll under bending, twisting and contact conditions are provided. The finite element method was used to determine the pressure distribution curve between the work roll and the backup roll under various conditions and the influence of different pressure distributions on the stress state of the roll system. The results were verified by the photoelastic test.
