本文在法律必须被信仰的理论宗旨下,以佛教的视角,分析了宗教与法律二者之间的根本一致性。文中主要从法律的本质追求、程序性规范、法律的人本精神三个方面进行阐述,并指出了我国在当前法治建设进程中可以借鉴的相关理论机制。
This article analyzes the fundamental consistency between religion and law from the perspective of Buddhism under the theory that law must be believed. The article mainly elaborates from three aspects: the essential pursuit of law, procedural norms, and humanistic spirit of law. It also points out the relevant theoretical mechanisms that our country can learn from in the current process of rule of law construction.
