由于产业基础、市场认同以及政策法律等方面的原因,我国绿色金融的发展相对于发达市场经济国家较为滞后。但随着我国绿色低碳经济转型被提到国家战略的高度,绿色金融也受到越来越多的关注,尤其成为中国G20机制创新的一个重要代表。本文拟在绿色金融的概念、理论、制度以及机制创新的基础上,全面梳理当前国际绿色金融发展的经验,为我国绿色金融体系的构建提供参考。
Due to reasons such as industrial foundation, market approval and policies and laws, the development of green finance in our country lags behind that of developed market economy countries. However, with the transition of China’s green low-carbon economy to the height of the national strategy, green finance has also drawn more and more attention. In particular, it has become an important representative of China’s G20 mechanism innovation. Based on the concept, theory, system and mechanism innovation of green finance, this paper comprehensively combs the current experience of international green finance development and provides reference for the construction of green finance system in our country.
