耗散结构理论是普遍适用的物理学定律,尝试把耗散结构理论引入林业系统。林业具备了耗散结构系统的二个必要条件,既是一个非平衡的系统,又充满了非线性的动力学作用,因而是一个典型的耗散结构系统。同时,依据耗散结构理论,林业发展取决于资金投入和体制改革两个决定性的因素,其中资金投入决定了林业建设新的投资格局的形成和巩固,体制改革决定了林业市场经济结构的形成和发展。
