研究甲硝唑降血脂作用与最低稳态血药浓度 (Cssmin)的关系 ,为临床合理应用甲硝唑治疗高脂血症提供科学的参考依据。方法 :给临床高脂血症患者服用不同剂量的甲硝唑 ,2WK后测定病人的胆固醇(CH) ,三酰甘油 (TG)和Cssmin。根据血脂的改变情况和Cssmin的关系 ,制作 2× 2决策矩阵表 ,求算真阳性率和假阳性率 ,绘制ROC曲线 ,推测其最佳临界点。结果 :通过ROC曲线确定甲硝唑降血脂的治疗窗上限及其最佳临界点为Cssmin≥ 10 μg/ml。结论 :利用ROC曲线进行药物疗效与血药浓度评价具有方便、快速、准确等特点
To study the relationship between the hypolipidemic effects of metronidazole and the lowest steady-state plasma concentration (Cssmin), and to provide a scientific reference for the clinical application of metronidazole in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods: Patients with clinical hyperlipidemia were treated with different doses of metronidazole. Cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG) and Cssmin were measured after 2WK. According to the changes of blood lipids and the relationship between Cssmin, making 2 × 2 decision matrix, calculate the true positive rate and false positive rate, draw the ROC curve, speculate the best critical point. Results: The upper limit of therapeutic window and the best cut-off point of metronidazole to reduce blood fat were Cssmin ≥ 10 μg / ml by ROC curve. Conclusion: It is convenient, rapid and accurate to use the ROC curve to evaluate the drug efficacy and plasma concentration
