复式教学始于清朝末年,新中国成立后,在人口居住分散、交通不便的山区和农村等地,仍采用复式教学的方式。在浅析农村复式教学的优缺点后,提出在复式教学课堂中选出小助手,并对农村复式教学课堂小助手的作用进行了论述。
The compound teaching began in the late Qing Dynasty. After the founding of New China, the multi-teaching method was still adopted in the areas where the population was scattered and the transportation in mountainous areas and rural areas were inconvenient. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of rural compound teaching, this article proposes that small assistants should be selected in the compound teaching class and the role of the small class assistant in rural compound teaching be discussed.
