按照石臼所波浪讨论会议精神,我们在计算波浪影响的年作业天时,是按不同的泊稳标准,将波高与周期分别统计,叠加后取得的数值。由此得到的结果:一、1964年是大波年(T>6S的频率为15.68%,H_(1/10)>1.2m者占5.32%),二是1980年与平均年(1964~1978年)因波浪影响不能作业天两个标准的换算系数,分别为1.54(H_(1/10)>1.0m,T>6S横浪;H_(1/10)>1.5m、T>8S顺浪)和1.97(H_(1/10>1.2m,T>6S横浪,H_(1/10)1.5m、T>S8顺浪)。对此,我们作了进一步分析,有如下两点认识:
