近期国家房地产调控政策效果开始显现,大多数城市房价止涨回稳,部分城市房价开始下调。由于房地产相关产业众多,与银行信贷、地方融资平台也有密切的关系,我们认为,分析中国房地产市场,需要从中国的特殊国情出发。既不能忽视调整中的风险,也不宜过度夸大。坚持推动房地产的实质性调整,并不必然带来房地产市场硬着陆,我国也有条件避免硬着陆发生。
The effect of the recent national real estate regulation and control policies began to appear, stop rising prices stabilized in most cities, housing prices began to decline in some cities. Due to the large number of real estate-related industries, it is also closely related to bank credit and local financing platforms. In our opinion, it is necessary to analyze China’s real estate market from the special conditions of China. Neither can we ignore the risks in adjustment, nor should we exaggerate them. Insisting on the real adjustment of real estate will not necessarily lead to a hard landing in the real estate market. Our country also has the conditions to avoid a hard landing.
