各位代表:我受省人民委员会的委托,谨向大会提出我省1955年决算和1956年预算的报告,请予审查。一、1955年决算1955年全省财政决算的收支总数如下:1955年本年收入27,297.1万元,加上上年结转收入4,106.1万元,全年收入总数为31,403.2万元。本年支出为16,328.7万元,上解中央12,131.6万元,补充周转金303万元。收支相低结转下年度为2,639.9万元(其中包

I. The 1955 Final Accounts The total receipts and payments of the province’s fiscal accounts in 1955 are as follows: The revenue for the year of 1955 was 272.971 million yuan, plus the revenue of 4,106.1 million yuan for the previous year and the total annual income of 314,032,000 yuan. Expenditure for the year was 163.287 million yuan, 121.316 million yuan for the central government and 3.03 million yuan for working capital.
