目的:探讨美罗华治疗非霍奇淋巴瘤(NHL)时的观察及护理。方法:通过28例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者应用美罗华,观察用药过程中的不良反应,采取护理对策。结果:通过用药前的处理及控制输液速度的方法,药物不良反应明显减少,副作用及时得到控制。28例患者只有3例第一次输注时出现发热、寒颤。结论:掌握正确的给药方法,严密监测生命体征,及时发现不良反应及时处理,将药物的不良反应降至最低。
Objective: To investigate the observation and nursing of rituximab in the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods: Rituximab was applied in 28 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and the adverse reactions in the course of medication were observed. Nursing strategies were adopted. Results: Adverse drug reactions were significantly reduced and the side effects were controlled in a timely manner by pretreatment and infusion rate control. Only 28 of the three patients experienced fever and chills on the first infusion. Conclusions: Grasp the correct method of administration, closely monitoring vital signs, timely detection of adverse reactions and timely treatment of adverse drug reactions to a minimum.
