目的分析近年韶关市植物性食物中毒发生的原因和特点,为预防食物中毒提供科学依据。方法收集2002—2011年植物性食物中毒监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2002—2011年韶关市共发生植物性食物中毒31起,中毒人数384人,死亡8人,中毒死亡人数占同期食物中毒死亡人数的72.73%。第二季度为全年中毒高发季节;引起中毒的食物主要为毒蘑菇和苦瓠瓜;中毒发生场所主要在家庭和学校;学生为高发人群;钩吻及毒蘑菇中毒是造成人员死亡的主要原因。结论针对韶关市植物性食物中毒以学生为高发人群,家庭和学校为高发场所的特点,要加强学校、学生食物中毒的预防,要提高食品安全健康教育的有效性。
Objective To analyze the causes and characteristics of plant food poisoning in Shaoguan City in recent years and provide a scientific basis for preventing food poisoning. Methods The monitoring data of plant food poisoning from 2002 to 2011 were collected for statistical analysis. Results From 2002 to 2011, there were 31 plant-based food poisoning cases in Shaoguan City, with 384 poisoning and 8 deaths. The number of poisoning deaths accounted for 72.73% of the total number of food poisoning deaths in the same period. The second quarter was the year with a high incidence of poisoning. The poisoned foods were mainly poisonous mushrooms and bitter gourd melons. The places where the poisonings occurred were mainly in families and schools. The students were high-risk groups. The kissing and poisonous mushroom poisoning were the main causes of deaths . Conclusion In order to improve the safety of food safety and health education, we should strengthen the prevention of food poisoning in schools and students because of the high incidence of plant-based food poisoning in students and families and schools in Shaoguan City.
