Yunnan Provincial Government recently issued a “comprehensively open county-level public hospital comprehensive reform implementation plan”, requiring all county (city) level public hospitals across the province to start a comprehensive reform. As of the end of December 2015, 116 counties (cities) and 211 county-level public hospitals in the province started the comprehensive reform in an all-round way, canceled the drug addition and implemented zero-margin sales.
