我厂生产的6130×150柴油机,最大功率200马力,最关键的零件是曲轴。它不仅承受交变载荷,且高应力集中,故要求该曲轴具有很高的弯曲疲劳强度和扭转疲劳强度。由于此曲轴原来是6120×140柴油机上的,后柴油机改型,缸径加大,冲程加长,但曲轴尺寸仍未改变。这样相对的强度降低了约7.0%,安全系数不足,经计算(1)仅0.94。一般认为在1.3~1.6范围内是安全可靠的。显然强度不足,而在发动机运行中也曾发生过疲劳断裂现
