目的:优选东北延胡索的最佳超声辅助提取工艺。方法:通过正交提取试验,以延胡索乙素含量为指标,考察了溶剂体积分数、超声提取时间、料液比、超声功率等因素对延胡索乙素提取效果的影响。结果:延胡索的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数100%、超声提取时间25 min、超声功率选择400 W、料液比为1∶10。结论:优选的超声提取工艺稳定、可行、无干扰,提取效果好。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction process of corydalis northeast China. Methods: The effects of solvent volume fraction, ultrasonic extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid, ultrasonic power and other factors on the extraction of tetrahydropalmatine were investigated by orthogonal extraction. Results: The best extraction technology of Corydalis yanhusuo was ethanol volume fraction 100%, ultrasonic extraction time 25 min, ultrasonic power 400 W and solid - liquid ratio 1:10. Conclusion: The optimal ultrasonic extraction process is stable, feasible, non-interference, extraction effect is good.
