管理常常意味着持续、漫长,专卖店管理更是意味着繁杂、滞重。然而笔者(某日用消费品公司区域销售经理,管理着区域内几十个专卖店)用一天的时间,轻松就让一个专卖店焕然一新,业绩直上。营业前的管理早上七点半,我和专卖店经理一起来到了店里,店铺工作人员都已按时到店。我对店经理说:“你的管理很不错,这么早大家都能按时上班,不简单。”我估计今天可能会向店经理提出很多建议和要求,甚至批评,或勒令其改正什么。所以,前期我尽量给他说些褒扬性质的话,以便我提出问题时他有心
