2013年夏季在海口林场进行了油橄榄扦插试验结果表明,夏季扦插最优基质为V腐殖土∶V珍珠岩(1∶1),扦插方式以花盆扦插或凹床扦插为最好,在夏季大棚里的高温条件下,狭小的扦插空间能够使棚内空气湿度达到扦插所需条件,生根率可达73.3%,不定根数量平均为14条以上,平均最长不定根长在4cm以上。
In the summer of 2013, olive oil cuttage test was conducted in Haikou Forest Farm. The results showed that the optimum substrate for summer cutting was V-humic soil (V: perlite 1: 1). The cutting method was the best in pot cutting or concave cutting. Under the high temperature in the greenhouse, the small cutting space can make the humidity in the greenhouse reach the required cutting conditions, the rooting rate can reach 73.3%, the average number of adventitious roots is 14 or more, and the average longest adventitious root length is more than 4cm.
