白银公司西北铅锌冶炼厂从1992年5月1日点火试车以来,3年迈了三大步。试车头一年,在余下的123天里,他们克服了工艺、设备、流程等方面的重重困难,边调试,边生产,生产出阴极锌8302吨,硫酸21695吨,创产值6332万元。1993年,完成阴极锌5.5万吨,创利税2000多万元,使试车第一年就达到设计生产量的50%以上,创造了国内有色金属冶炼史上的奇迹。1994年铅锌厂的奋斗目标是6.5万吨,利税7500万元,上半年已完成阴极锌生产4.07万吨,实现了时间过半,任务超半,被上级有关部门誉为“创造了近期有色金属企业投产的最好成绩”。铅锌厂在试生产中表现出来的不怕困难、敢挑重担、顽强拼搏的精神,创造出来的生产奇迹,都给人们留下了深刻的印象。现将他们的一些做法介绍给大家。
