本文收集经脑立体定向手术治疗的难治性癫痫14例。男性12例,女性2例,年龄17～38岁,平均年龄25.8岁。病因:脑炎后遗症性癫痫2例,头外伤后2例,CO中毒后1例,不明原因9例。病程:最短者3年,最长者28年,平均11年。发作类型:大发作13例。精神运动性发作1例。发作持续时间:每次发作几秒钟或几分钟不等。发作频率;每月发作4次以上。精神症状:粘着14例,冲动10例,伤人3例,毁物3例,情感退缩4例。根据癫痫发作体征及脑电图描记选择手术靶点及侧别。双侧杏仁核7例,双侧杏仁核加双侧扣带回4例,双杏仁核加一侧Forel—H1例,一侧杏仁核加一侧Forel—H1例。毁损时间35
