网络交易作为一种新兴的交易模式,给大家带来便捷,但是,随之而起的网络交易纠纷也给消费者们带来的诸多困扰。由于网络交易本身的特殊性导致现有法律无法完全维护网络消费者的权益。通过对网络消费者权益的保护范围的廓清,探寻网络消费者所遭遇的被侵权现象及其原因,结合现有的法律和我国实际,对完善网络交易中消费者权益的法律保护提出了几点意见和建议,希冀能够为解决网络交易发展与有关法律缺失之间的矛盾建言。
