本文采用随机对照非盲法,对比观察了环丙氟哌酸与氟哌酸治疗69例门诊尿路感染患者的近期疗效。平均疗程:环丙组为4.7天,氟哌酸组为5.8天;总有效率:环丙组为94％,氟哌酸组为73.5％;细菌清除率:环丙组为95.7％,氟哌酸组为63％。经统计学处理,上述差别有显著意义。提示:环丙氟哌酸对尿路感染的疗效显著,优于氟哌酸。
In this paper, a randomized controlled non-blinded method was used to compare the short-term effects of ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin in the treatment of 69 outpatients with urinary tract infection. The average duration of treatment was 4.7 days for cyclosporin and 5.8 days for norfloxacin. The total effective rate was 94% for cyclopropanil and 73.5% for norfloxacin. Bacterial clearance rate was 95.7% for cyclopropanil, Acid group was 63%. After statistical analysis, the above differences have significant meaning. Tip: Ciprofloxacin has a significant effect on urinary tract infections and is superior to norfloxacin.
