回顾了华东电网对计算机 2 0 0 0年问题的处理过程 ,分析了当前在计算机软件质量管理和计算机系统管理中存在的问题 ,提出了加强对计算机软件测试、配置管理以及关键业务系统的风险管理和任务 ,以适应高新技术在电力系统中的应用日益发展的需要 ,提高现代化电网运行的可靠性和稳定性。
This paper reviews the handling of computer problems in East China Power Grid in 2000, analyzes the current problems in computer software quality management and computer system management, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen risk management of computer software testing, configuration management and business-critical systems And tasks to meet the growing needs of high and new technology in the power system to improve the reliability and stability of modern grid operation.
