一、问题的提出民族独立运动的蓬勃发展和广泛胜利,是我们这个时代的主要特点之一。它引起了一切人们越来越多的注意:民族独立运动的敌人注意它,是为了寻找镇压、破坏它的途径;民族独立运动的朋友,特别是社会主义阵营各国的人民对它兴趣浓密,关注它,研究它,是为了更好的支持它,更好的团结它,来打击全世界人民的共同敌人——帝国主义。
I. PROBLEM PROBLEMS The vigorous development and extensive victory of the national independence movement is one of the major features of our time. It attracted more and more attention from all the people. The enemy of the national independence movement paid attention to it in the search for ways of suppressing and undermining it. The friends of the national independence movement, especially the peoples of all countries in the socialist camp, are very interested in it. It is to study it in order to better support it and to unite it better so as to combat the common enemy of the peoples of the world - imperialism.
